K@Dog Part of Big Gigantic Show tomorrow!

K@Dog ("pronounced Cat Dog")  is opening the Big Gigantic show tomorrow (Friday) at Royal Oak Music Theatre.  I saw K@Dog warm up a few weeks ago for Paper Diamond who is also on the Big Gigantic bill and while his set is something completely different compared to other "high energy" dubstep acts, his music works perfectly. His downtempo, reggae inspired mix got the night starts the night out right as the crowd mingles and the night pick ups at a more relaxed pace. K@Dog has played extensively through Michigan and often plays sets along electronic acts that are not necessarily dupstep. Our Detroit dubstep scene continues to be an exciting and diverse experience that never disappoints.
